Team.

Marius Masiye

Director | Finance

Marius comes from an accounting and finance background. As an experienced financial expert, he has a keen eye for detail when undertaking financial appraisals. In his role as Finance Director, he leads our business on monitoring expenditure against budgets, reporting financial progress to our investors and offering Value Engineering solutions. Away from the office Marius is keen on keeping fit and enjoys swimming and partaking in his local 5km Parkrun. He is also on a quest to conquer a few mountains around the world.

Reginald Mtetwa

Director | Commercial

Reggie comes from a Quantity Surveying and Property Development background and is one of our founding directors. With a proven track-record and ability to implement cost effective technical systems, he has been able to effectively deliver on results-driven goals. In his role as Commercial Director, he brings a wealth of experience which is a strong asset to the business. Away from the office Reggie enjoys travelling to exotic destinations and sampling new cuisines. He can also be seen cycling or taking long walks.

Michael Kandi

Director | Design

Michael has always been passionate about architecture and good design. Inspired by his uncle who is also a qualified architect, he likes to explore clever design within the context of the local environment. In his role as Design Director, he brings our ideas into reality by focussing on innovation, materials, buildability and value to the end-user. Away from the office Michael enjoys exploring the great outdoors with family and friends. When time permits, he can be seen with a paintbrush in hand working on his oil paintings.
